Terms and Conditions for Slice Pickleball

Welcome to Slice Pickleball ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our club services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

### 1. Membership

1.1 Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who are 18 years of age and older. By becoming a member, you affirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

1.2 Membership Levels: We offer various membership levels. Details regarding membership types, fees, and benefits can be found on our website or by contacting us directly.

1.3 Renewal and Termination: Memberships are subject to renewal annually. Either party may terminate membership with written notice. Upon termination, you will not be entitled to a refund of any membership fees.

### 2. Code of Conduct

2.1 Behavior: All members are expected to treat fellow members, staff, and guests with respect and courtesy. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of membership.

2.2 Facility Rules: Members must adhere to all rules and regulations established for the use of club facilities. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership.

### 3. Liability Waiver

3.1 Assumption of Risk: Participation in pickleball and club activities carries inherent risks, including injury. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

3.2 Liability Release: You agree to release and hold harmless Slice Pickleball, its officers, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries or damages sustained while participating in club activities.

### 4. Payments

4.1 Membership Fees: Membership fees are due upon registration and on the renewal date thereafter. Fees may be adjusted periodically, and members will be notified of any changes.

4.2 Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

### 5. Changes to Terms

5.1 Amendments: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

### 6. Governing Law

6.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Idaho. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Idaho.
